Returns & Refunds Policy  

At Everytopbrand.co, we are committed to providing excellent service and clear guidance regarding returns and refunds. Please carefully review our Returns and Refunds Policy:

**1. Responsibility for Goods**  
All goods become your responsibility at the moment they are dispatched from our warehouse. In the rare instance that goods are rejected at customs in your country and returned to our warehouse, shipping charges are non-refundable.

**2. Returning Items**  
- Returned parcels must include all contents and be in the same condition as originally received.  
- Initial sending and return shipping costs are your responsibility.  
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the safe transit of returned goods to our warehouse. Everytopbrand.co does not assume responsibility for the tracking or safe delivery of returned items.  
- Upon receipt at our warehouse, returned goods will be inspected to ensure they are in the same packed condition as when originally dispatched.  
- Refunds for returned goods will be processed within three (3) working days of receipt, provided the goods meet the above criteria.  
- Before initiating a return, please contact us to arrange and confirm the shipment with our warehouse team.

**3. Refunds & Repacking Fee**  
In certain cases, we may offer refunds for orders that have been processed and packed. Such refunds are subject to:  
- A 25% repacking fee based on the original order value.  
- Initial sending and return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

**4. Cancellations and Exchanges**  
- Once your order has been picked, cancellations are not accepted.  
- Exchanges can be arranged under specific circumstances but are limited to one exchange per order.

**5. Deposits**  
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

**6. Product Quality Disclaimer**  
We specialize in secondhand clothing, and every item undergoes two thorough quality checks—by our sorting team and again by our packing department. However, as these are secondhand items:  
- Up to 10% of goods may have slight defects despite our stringent checks.  
- We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality standards, and only carefully selected items are included in orders.  
- "Best Value" parcels may contain a higher proportion of wastage.  

While we do our utmost to minimise defects, we cannot guarantee that every item will be free from flaws.

**7. Export Orders**  
- For export orders, our standard 14-day returns policy does not apply due to extended transit times.  
- We recommend conducting a final inspection of your goods at our warehouse prior to dispatch, as post-dispatch rectifications cannot be accommodated.

**8. Styles and Sizes**  
Please note that we cannot guarantee exact garment styles and sizes in our parcels.

**9. EORI Number Requirement**
